Director

Mr Centola in an international lawyer and strategic advisor with extensive experience gained in leading international law firms and legal departments of multinational companies (privately owned and listed) both in Europe and Asia Pacifc.

In his dispute resolution practice, Mr Centola regularly acts as arbitration counsel before major institutions such as ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, LCIA, LMAA, SCMA, on a variety of cases arising out of breaches of a wide spectrum of contracts. In his non-contentious practice, he advises on strategic and legal issues arising out of cross-border transactions, inbound and outbound trade and investments, corporate restructuring, and day to day operations within and across Europe and APAC, including advising and assisting clients in preparing and negotiating all manner of commercial contracts and submissions with local authorities in several jurisdictions.

Mr Centola's clients include government-owned corporations and agencies as well as listed, private companies, business leaders and research centres including but not limited to the following sectors: commodities, shipping, offshore and logistics; oil and gas; construction and engineering, defence and technology; luxury assets, including estates, hotels and yachts; manufacturing, consumer, luxury goods and brands; management consulting, sport, media and entertainment, digital and e-commerce. In addition, Mr Centola regularly advises entrepreneurs and private clients on their business and personal requirements worldwide.
